What we print for weddings
Wedding printing is a long list of small things that all need to match. Bring the whole list and we’ll print it together, on the same stock and colours, so the stationery feels like one set rather than a collection of last-minute fixes.
Invitations and save the dates
Flat or folded cards printed on heavyweight stock, in whatever quantity your guest list needs. There’s no minimum order, so a second batch for the evening guests is no problem. See our card printing for the heavier stocks we use for small cards.
Order of the day and ceremony booklets
Saddle-stitched order of service booklets with readings, hymns, song lyrics and the running order — printed on our booklet line. Send the text and photos, and we’ll proof the page order before anything is stitched.
Table plans, welcome signs and seating charts
Rigid Foamex boards stand up on an easel at the door and photograph well; Correx is lighter for outdoor and garden venues. Both are on our signs page. Large posters work for a framed table plan.
Menus, place cards and table numbers
Printed on card to match your invitations. Send us the guest names as a list and we’ll set them out, then proof every name before printing — spelling mistakes on place cards are exactly the sort of thing we look for.
Banners and photo prints
“Just married” and welcome banners come hemmed and eyeletted, ready to hang. Photo boards and enlargements of the couple or of family who can’t be there are printed on posters or Foamex.
Same day, 24/7 turnaround
The print room runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends. Most jobs are printed the same day, and urgent work goes through overnight as standard. That matters for weddings: final numbers change, a table plan gets redrawn the night before, a reading gets swapped. Send the new file at any hour and it can be printed and ready to collect from Stockport, or sent by same-day courier across Greater Manchester.
When the final changes come late
Keep your artwork files to hand in the final week. If a guest drops out or the venue moves the tables, we can reprint a single board or a handful of place cards without redoing the whole set.
How to order your wedding stationery
1. Send the list
Message us on WhatsApp or use the quote form with each item, its size and the quantity, plus the date you need it.
2. Send artwork, or the words
A print-ready PDF is ideal, but we also work with AI, EPS, PSD, JPG and PNG. If you only have the wording, tell us and we’ll talk through options.
3. Approve the proof
We check every file and send a proof before printing. Look closely at names, dates and times.
4. Collect or get it delivered
Collect at any hour — we’ll message you with the collection address once it’s ready — or have it couriered to you or straight to the venue.
